I would go ahead and play with my real ID at that level. That's what I did when I was a nickel chip counter and it never caused me any problems. Of course, this was in Las Vegas where there are loads of casinos and nickel action is generally ignored. I don't know how things are in Tunica for people who get caught counting cards at the low levels, but I don't imagine you'd be hurt too much.

Agreed, though I will say that Las Vegas is very uneven in its comp generosity. Some casinos really make an effort to cater to the low-stakes player while, at others, you can expect to be largely ignored until your average bet is $100 or more. At the red level, you could specialize in downtown casinos and places like Terrible's or Casino Royale, where you can actually get some comp value for your action.

Yes, that would be my suggestion. I don't think you need to feel paranoid at your level. Besides, if you do things right (pocket loads of red chips), then you'll always be considered a loser at the casinos where you play.
